As a young entrepreneur Yasin worked his way through trying and difficult times, the gulf war had ended and the boom had just begun, new markets had opened up and there was tremendous scope for business opportunity, using his skills of communication and persuasion he was the driving force behind the establishment of the company, since the inception of TY travels there has been no looking back and the company progressed in leaps and bounds. As a true visionary he knew that there would be huge demand for Indian labor both skilled and unskilled thus he created the supply chain to provide for the ever increasing demand, in due course there were so many services that were found wanting and like a true visionary he created a team who would provide for facilitation like Flight Tickets, Emigration, Medicals, Visa Stamping ETC. Today the company is a force and one office has multiplied to three, one in a prime hub of South Mumbai and the other in a commercial hub of North Mumbai along with a satellite branch in Hyderabad which helps with the filtration and documentation process for outstation recruits. A much older and mature individual Mr. Yasin has over the years accumulated vast experience and expertise in the field of overseas recruitment and travel related services his PR skills and interaction with various Consulates and attaches especially with those from the State of Kuwait have stood him in good stead. His forte has been excellent liaising with officials from Emigration, Airlines, HRD and MEA. This disciplined and honest manner in which he had conducted his business has earned him a reputation of being a thorough professional one who you can depend upon for any kind of personalized service. He remains closely involved in the company’s business and is the guiding force for the entire team.

Sameer updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. He possesses excellent closing Skills and is a team player who motivates ensures the entire team towards discovering their own individual skills and talents, he possesses territorial Management and Market Know how which gives him an edge over competition.
